Milk Oolong Tea is a Taiwanese tea known for its unique, creamy flavor profile. The tea leaves are processed using a technique that involves bruising them, which releases natural sugars and creates a sweet, milky taste. It is often described as having a smooth, velvety texture and a subtle sweetness. Milk Oolong is a popular choice for those who enjoy a milder, sweeter tea. It is a versatile tea that can be enjoyed hot or cold, and it pairs well with a variety of flavors, such as honey and vanilla.

Milk Oolong Tea is a relatively new cultivar amongst Taiwanese teas. This creamy, buttery and delicious tea is just slightly roasted and the rolled leaves leave a light-bodied cup with a subtle floral nose. Also known as Jin Xuan or Golden Lily. Be sure to resteep this one and notice the changes with each infusion.

Owen X. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about the creamy flavor, but the first sip actually delivered on that smooth, milky taste without any added cream. It brews a beautiful light amber color and has a lingering sweetness that I really enjoy.

Henry ★★★★☆

The creamy finish is surprisingly rich for a tea, almost like a dessert without the sugar. I just wish the bag had a resealable top, since the leaves lose some of that milky aroma after a few days.

Benjamin Z. ★★★★☆

The bruising process really brings out that creamy sweetness—it’s smooth and not at all artificial. I just wish the flavor lingered a bit longer after each sip.
