Five Spice Powder is a traditional blend in Chinese cooking. Rich with complex flavors, this blend is perfect for fried rice and stir frys. Try it as a rub on meats then skewer them and saute with a little sesame oil. Delicious!

To turn up the spiciness a little in traditional Chinese fashion, try adding Szechuan Peppercorns to this blend!

Sophia P. ★★★★★

Tossed a few spoonfuls into my stir-fry tonight and the complexity of flavors was immediate—the star anise and fennel balanced beautifully without one overpowering the other. It's my new go-to for weeknight fried rice.

Daniel ★★★★★

The star anise really comes through—just a teaspoon gave my fried rice that deep, authentic aroma I was missing. It’s become my go-to rub for pork skewers before a quick saute.

Violet B. ★★★★★

Tossed a tablespoon into my stir fry last night and the whole kitchen smelled like a real Chinese restaurant. The star anise really comes through strong, giving the pork a deep, aromatic crust.
