Coriander comes from the same plant as the herb Cilantro, and has a long history of use in the cuisines of Southern Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. It is a common ingredient in Indian spice blends and is often used in Middle Eastern lamb and beef stews.

The seeds are reminiscent of lemon peel, and are essential ingredients in traditional curries.

Use Coriander Seeds in soups, stews, curries, stir fries, pickling spices or with melted better on fish and poultry meats.

Benjamin ★★★★★

The bag arrived sealed tight and the seeds smell incredibly fresh when I crack them open. I've been toasting a spoonful before grinding for curries and it makes the whole kitchen smell amazing.

Ava ★★★★★

I’ve been grinding these whole coriander seeds for my curry base, and they toast up beautifully in a dry pan—the aroma alone is worth it. They’re plump and clean, no dust or broken bits at the bottom of the bag. Definitely my go-to for any Indian dish now.

Victoria ★★★★★

The seeds arrived whole and fragrant, so I know they’re fresh—they’ve quickly become my go-to for Indian curries and Middle Eastern stews. The bag reseals well, which keeps them potent between uses.
