Coriander is an annual herb with a very long culinary history. All parts of the coriander plant are used in cooking. The leaves, known as cilantro, are used in Latin dishes. The root is found in many Thai dishes. And the seed--Coriander Seed--is a fragrant addition to many spice blends and European dishes. It's the aromatic component in our Montreal Steak Seasoning that conjures the essence of smoked meat houses in Montreal.

Use Coriander in soups, stews, curries, stir fries and pickling spices.

This is my go-to for anything needing that warm citrusy warmth — the aroma hits you the moment you open the bag, and it’s clearly from a fresh harvest. I’ve been adding it to my roasted carrots and stews, and the flavor is noticeably brighter than the stale jar I had before.

The aroma that hit me when I opened the bag was incredibly fresh and floral, much more vibrant than the jar I used to buy at the supermarket. It's perfect for adding a subtle warmth to my lentil curries.

I've been using this ground coriander in my Latin dishes, and the bright flavor from the seeds really makes the cilantro leaves pop. The fine grind blends perfectly into marinades, which I appreciate for even seasoning.
