Category: Chiles and Peppers
Aleppo chile flakes are a spice made from dried and crushed Aleppo peppers, originating from the region of Aleppo in Syria. Today, grown in Turkey, Aleppo style Chile Flakes deliver moderate heat along with a fruity, slightly sweet flavor. Aleppo Chile Flakes add depth, complexity and beautiful color to dishes. Used in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines, they offer a unique and aromatic kick.
