Parish Koffie

The "playful" vibe is spot-on — every bag feels like a little piece of Louisiana culture, and the roast is smooth enough for my everyday drip but has enough character to keep things interesting. I've already ordered a second batch for my morning routine, and it hasn't disappointed once.

The bag arrived quickly and the beans smell exactly like New Orleans—rich, earthy, and a little bold. I’ve been brewing it every morning and each cup feels like a small trip back home, even from across the country. It’s become my favorite part of the day.

The dark roast brews up smooth without any bitterness, which is rare for me to find. I've been reaching for this bag every morning since it arrived.
