I’ve been tossing these glazed pecans over salads and they add such a perfect crunch without being too sweet. They even worked great on a cheese board, adding that little salty finish I was missing.

The salty-sweet glaze on these pecans is perfectly balanced—not too sticky or cloying. I crumbled a few over baked brie and it added exactly the crunchy contrast I was hoping for. My only regret is not buying two bags.

I threw a handful over a spinach salad with goat cheese and suddenly it was the best part of the meal—that crunch held up even after a few minutes of dressing. These are dangerously easy to snack on straight from the bag, too.
