The tiny size of these non-pareil capers means they distribute evenly in my lemon-butter sauce, and their briny punch is incredible. A single tablespoon transforms a simple grilled fish into something special.

I tossed a spoonful into my puttanesca sauce and the briny, tangy pop was exactly what it needed—way more flavor than the standard caper I’ve used before. These Moroccan ones feel like a real upgrade for Mediterranean dishes.

These tiny Moroccan capers are wonderfully tangy and salty without being overly harsh. I sprinkled them over a simple pan-seared fish last night and it elevated the whole dish perfectly. The non-pareil size means every single one is tender and flavorful.
