Kept a jar in my work bag for weeks now and it’s survived every commute without clumping, which says a lot. The mix of chili, lime, and sea salt is just the right kick for eggs, fruit, or even a simple margarita rim. Definitely my new pantry staple.

Sprinkled some on fresh mango slices and the lime-chili-salt combo woke up the whole fruit. Perfect balance of heat and tang without being overpowering.

Put a generous pinch in my michelada rim salt and it took the drink from good to incredible. The chili-lime-salt balance is just right, not too hot. Already ordered a second bottle.
