مسحوق فطر الريشي

I’ve been stirring this into my morning coffee for two weeks and the fatigue that usually hits me by 3pm just isn’t there anymore. The powder has a mild earthy taste that I actually don’t mind, and it doesn’t clump up in my mug like other blends I’ve tried.

I mix a teaspoon of this into my evening tea and within about 20 minutes I feel noticeably calmer. It’s helped me wind down after hectic work days without any of the jitters.

I’ve been adding this to my morning coffee for a week now, and my afternoon slump is noticeably lighter. The powder dissolves cleanly with no gritty texture, so it doesn’t mess with my drink. It’s a small, steady shift toward feeling more balanced.
