هاون ومدقة جرانيت

I've been using this to grind spices and the rough interior surface grips peppercorns so they don't fly everywhere—a huge improvement over my old smooth mortars. The deep bowl keeps everything contained, and cleanup is just a quick rinse.

The weight of this granite mortar is fantastic—it stays put on the counter even when I'm really grinding. The stone itself has a beautiful, smooth feel that looks great sitting out.

This thing has serious heft—the stone is so dense it feels like it will last forever. I was making a garlic paste and the weight alone did half the crushing work for me.
