عسل بيجي بي مع البقان

The pecans are perfectly crunchy against the smooth honey, and the jar feels substantial. This is my second purchase and the consistency is just as thick and delicious as the first time.

I love that you can actually see the pecans mixed in with the honey—it makes it feel so homemade. The sweetness is balanced perfectly, not overpowering at all. This is going straight on my morning toast.

Started with two backyard hives and turned into this—the honey's got a rich, floral depth that tastes like it came straight from a real operation, not a factory. I've been drizzling it over warm biscuits and the pecan pieces hold up their crunch beautifully.
